Vicky Labuguen, MPAS®
Assistant Vice President, Senior Client and Trading Specialist
Vicky is a Senior Client and Trading Specialist with the Ragen Group. She joined Baird in 2016 and brings over 24 years of financial services experience to the Ragen Group. Her role includes: portfolio management, investment analysis, risk management, and trading. In addition, Vicky oversees the team’s advisory maintenance goals and objectives and orchestrates the team’s multi-generational relationship services.
Vicky earned her B.S. at the University of Hawaii and completed her M.S. degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. She holds the MPAS® designation (Master Planner Advanced Studies™) and has the FINRA Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 registration licenses. She is also a Notary Public.
Vicky is an active volunteer in her community, serving as a board member of Northwest Children's Foundation and as a member of the Baird Charitable Giving Committee. She volunteers with the LPGA Amateur Golf Association and Cascade Bicycle Club. She enjoys golf, tennis, cycling, baking, and attending local sporting events. She and her husband Mardi have three children and live at Picnic Point near Edmonds.
