Ava is a Financial Planner with The Ragen Group. She joined Baird in 2023 at its headquarters in Milwaukee after earning her BBA in Finance, Investments, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a specialization in Wealth Management and Financial Planning. She began her career working with the firm's Associate Financial Advice Team, where she supported internal colleagues in achieving their financial goals through personalized planning strategies.
In August of 2025, Ava relocated to Seattle to join The Ragen Group, where she contributes to comprehensive financial planning and client service initiatives. She holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and is actively pursuing her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Ava also serves on the working board of Baird's Ascend Group, which promotes the advancement of women at Baird and supports the firm's commitment to being an employer of choice.
Outside of work, Ava is passionate about community engagement and volunteers with Girls on the Run Puget Sound. She resides in Queen Anne and enjoys staying active, attending concerts and musicals, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
When she's not crafting financial plans, Ava enjoys exploring historic landmarks—most recently, she visited Framlingham Castle in Suffolk, England.
